Enoturistica represents a new reality in the world of wine tourism and food and wine, dedicated to those who wish to enjoy authentic and engaging experiences related to wine and food. We offer a wide range of activities, including thematic tastings, wine events and unique food and wine experiences, both in Tuscany and in other regions of Italy.
Our mission is to bring people behind the scenes of wine tourism, offering not only professional courses for those who want to make a career in this sector, but also immersive experiences for enthusiasts. With Enoturistica, you can explore wine and culinary traditions through food and wine tours, workshops, and guided visits to the most prestigious wineries.
Our courses and workshops are led by wine tourism experts, who share their expertise in wine production, wine tourism event organisation, wine marketing and wine and food promotion. Each experience is designed to actively involve participants, with tastings, project work, and visits to vineyards and wineries of high historical and cultural value.

Associazione culturale O.N.L.U.S. "Terme del Corallo"
The Cultural Association O.N.L.U.S. ‘Terme del Corallo’ was founded in July 2013. It is based in Livorno.
It is one of the associations that can receive the 5 per thousand and has been assigned the tax code 92119020490.
The association has adapted and registered its statute for the forthcoming Single Third Sector Register, which will sanction the end of onlus registers, thus becoming ODV Ente del Terzo Settore.
The purpose of the association is to carry out activities in the field of the protection, conservation and valorisation of the Terme del Corallo and the Livorno area, from a historical and cultural perspective.
The action of historical reconstruction and the solicitation of attention on this monument that has been abandoned for decades by Silvia Menicagli, founder and president, with regard to the administrations that have succeeded one another over time, with articles, books and round tables, has led to important results. The Municipality of Livorno, which became the owner of the thermal baths in 2009, planned preliminary restoration work and opened the restored ‘Parco delle Terme’ to the public in June 2013. In May 2013, work was carried out to consolidate the roof of the Sala della Mescita. In May 2016, three agreements with the Municipality of Livorno made it possible to clean the monument of brambles and rubbish and open it to the city with a festival of sounds, lights, and water. The Association has an agreement with the Department of Civilisations and Forms of Knowledge of the University of Pisa as a company tutor for curricular internships. In December 2018, the Association signed the cooperation pact for shared commons with the Municipality of Livorno and managed the property in subsidiarity for the purposes of study, valorisation and fundraising for its recovery until June 2022 when the building site for the restoration of the Mescita Pavilion was opened.
It is therefore from this initial reappropriation for the community of a precious asset of the city such as the “Acque della Salute” Establishment that we want to continue together in the aims of their overall recovery in order to return its precious monument to the city.
On 7 December 2024, we could finally rejoice in the reopening of the restored Sala della Mescita after two years of major restoration work. We feel grateful to all that the Administration and all those who contributed to this success for completing the first step in the recovery of the Coral Baths.
